How has @ HOME been impactful in your life: Being in a group of mixed life stages has added so much wisdom to this study. I am so grateful for the women in my group and their dedication to showing up each week.

Favorite @ HOME Study so far: This is only my second year being in @ HOME. No way to pick a favorite- but I have a feeling Luke might be my new fave.

What you do outside of @ HOME: My husband and I have a 9 month old little boy, McCreary. We love cooking, gardening, and traveling. When I am not with them I am running my women’s wear company Noble 31 with my sister Madi Davis.

Favorite Vacation Spot:  Harbor Island Bahamas

Favorite Fort Worth Restaurant: Saint Emilion and Heirloom Food Truck, but I love cooking at home with fam the most!
