CROWNED

As we began thinking and praying about what to study next year, we  wanted to address some of the main concerns we, as women, face in our  society and daily interactions. See if any of these ring true:

Jealousy, relationship issues with other women, with our husbands, with  the church, infertility, destruction or disappointment in the church,  questions about our purpose and the call of God in our lives, the relevance  of God’s Word, prophecy, national issues including the selection of  leaders, the strength of our nation against foreign enemies, outward  appearance, mental illness, friendships that are authentic, giant challenges  that seem insurmountable, fad diets, what to eat and not to eat, family  conflict, hiding or running away from problems that continue to follow you,  integrity, the temptation to take matters in our own hands, grieving,  battles, wars, disabilities, sin and repentance, adultery and other sexual  sin, betrayal, control issues, insecurity, revival.

And, how to pray and praise the Lord with an authentic heart, as modeled  by the one called the man after God’s own heart.

So next year — we will learn to become women after God’s own heart by  addressing all of the issues listed above, which come straight from the  Old (but still very relevant) Testament through next year’s study:

CROWNED!

Royal Lessons from 1 & 2 Samuel and the Psalms of David

We can’t wait for you to join us in September! Please reach out with any questions about the study, building a group, or anything else @HOME related!
